A quick post, this is my entry for 'Stamp with Us' challenge # 2. This week's challenge is to create a birthday card, and here it is.
I've used the following Stampin'Up! products - Carte Postale stamp set, Le Jardin designer paper, Bordering Blue cardstock.
Other non-SU supplies: Flowers - Prima, Leaves - Martha Stewart punch, brads - Making Memories, Happy Birthday stamp by Stamp It.
Chocolate eaten today - Have eaten the head of a (small) Lindt chocolate bunny, DH ate the body.
Have just had a very yummy dessert. A warm Gu melting middle chocolate pudding with cream and some fresh rasberries....delish!
Quite a few Cadbury's mini eggs. Mini Cadbury's caramel egg.
3 chocolate buttons stolen from youngest son's choccy chicky.
Gotta love Easter!

love the card! and I have eaten a cadburys dairy milk caramel egg - but may have some more now with my cup of tea! lol
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely lovely Alison - that bordering blue is such a gorgeous shade, and the flowers are the perfect finishing touch. I used to live near Blackpool - at Poulton le Fylde many moons ago!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love all the layer and the colors!
ReplyDeleteThank you for commenting on my Purple Easter Bunny card!
I really do not have anything against snake, I am just afraid of them because I was very close to being bitten by a poisonous one in the face when I was a kid.
Really like what you have done with the Carte Postal stamps.
ReplyDeleteAlso enjoyed the chocolate list - I am living vicariously! LOL
Beautiful card as always! There's something on my blog for you.
ReplyDeleteLovely colour scheme, slightly shabby chic but much more chic than shabby, LOL. A very romantic feel to it. Congrats on your award. Sara xx
